Mary Hougham
Art to me is about light, colour, observation, contrast, perspective,
energy, exploration.
Painting to me is an act of completion, an adventure, a moment
of creation in itself.

Gene MacKinnnon
1929 - 2008
My own training is recent except for the occasional dabblings over
the years in oils.
Gaining proficiency in painting with watercolours is an ongoing
challenge which I am thoroughly enjoying.

Marg Peter
A white
canvas can be an intimidating thing. You throw some colour on it, dirty
it up, relieve the stress and go.
The trick
is just to do it, and do it and do it, and, like anything, the more you
do it the easier it gets.
