The International Focus interest group met and had the best interest group meeting I've ever attended.  One of the members demonstrated Italian cooking (a three-course meal). For a demonstration, there was a surprising amount of food, with lots of the ingredients imported from Italy or grown in the chef's garden.  We had a small amount of an appropriate wine with each course.  We stayed until 11:30!
